Begin by filling out our design inquiry form with all the details of your project. This form is required and must be signed before we can start any work. Once submitted, please allow 24-72 hours for us to review your request and respond. After submitting your form, we will email you within 24-72 hours to confirm your order and provide a turnaround time. The estimated completion date will depend on the current volume of orders.

Once we’ve confirmed your order and provided a timeline, we’ll start working on your design. After completing the initial design, we will send it to you for review.

You will receive two free revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included two, a small fee will apply.

Once we reach the final design, no further changes can be made without incurring an additional fee. This ensures that your project is completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. After all revisions and necessary meetings are completed, we’ll finalize the design and deliver the finished product to you.

If you’ve ordered a website creation service, we will schedule a 30-minute meeting after the design process is complete. During this meeting, we’ll walk you through how the site works, answer any questions, and demonstrate how to make small changes.
